Accounting & Finance Executive Recruiter
with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting and candidate engagement. **This position is fully remote however candidates must live in Phoenix, Arizona to be considered. What We’re Looking For: Our ideal candidate has experience recruiting in the accounting and finance space within a staffing firm (corporate experience will also be considered). Someone who thrives on connecting with people, aligning top talent with the right opportunities, and building long-term relationships will feel right at home here. A Day in the Life of a Recruiter at The Keller Group: Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively identify and connect with top Accounting & Finance professionals in Phoenix Craft compelling outreach and build genuine, lasting relationships with candidates Conduct interviews, assess skills, and align candidate goals with client opportunities Client Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities Present qualified, well-prepared candidates with confidence Provide strategic guidance and market insights throughout the hiring process Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with candidates Deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring lifecycle Serve as both a career advisor to candidates and a solutions partner to clients Qualifications: 2+ years of direct recruiting experience (agency preferred; corporate considered) Accounting & Finance recruiting experience strongly preferred Strong communication and presentation skills A passion for people and a natural connector Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Must live in Phoenix, Arizona If you’re interested in learning more about the
