Who We Need We are seeking a high‑level operator with the following attributes:
Proven leadership success in healthcare operations
Strong business acumen and executive decision‑making ability
Experience managing large teams in complex healthcare settings
Deep compassion for serving vulnerable populations

This role requires someone who understands that leadership is not measured in hours worked – it is measured in outcomes delivered. This is a salaried executive leadership position for someone committed to building something extraordinary.
Ideal Background Preferred candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field strongly preferred)
Advanced degree highly desirable (MBA, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Leadership, etc.)
5+ years senior leadership experience in:
Nursing home administration
Assisted living leadership
Developmental disabilities services
Large healthcare operations (100+ staff/clients preferred)
Strong preference given to candidates with:
Experience in Developmental Disabilities services
Knowledge of Ohio DD systems, compliance, and regulations
Hands‑on experience serving the DD population
Success scaling healthcare organizations
What You Will Be Responsible For Executive Operations Leadership
Oversee daily company operations across multiple departments
Lead managers, coordinators, and operational teams
Ensure efficiency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery
Strategic Growth
Partner directly with CEO leadership to scale the company
Improve systems, processes, and infrastructure
Help drive expansion into new markets and service opportunities
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and strengthen leadership teams
Create a culture of high performance and accountability
Develop future leaders within the organization
Compliance & Quality Oversight
Maintain excellence in regulatory compliance
Ensure operational readiness and high standards of care
Strengthen quality assurance systems
