About the Role
We are hiring a Residential Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of custom home renovation projects. This role is responsible for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction activities for custom residential renovation projects
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
Interpret construction drawings and collaborate with architects and designers to resolve field issues
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Manage site logistics including material deliveries, cleanliness, and organization
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams regarding progress and updates
Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders and site records
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
Experience managing multiple phases of construction projects
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore) and standard office software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday (project-based hours may vary)
