Lead Superintendent – Ground-Up Multifamily Project (Brooklyn) If you’ve already delivered ground-up multifamily projects in NYC and want to take full ownership with the backing of a stable pipeline and a tight, no-nonsense team, this could be of interest.

You’ll be in a lead role on an 8-story, 180,000 SF multifamily development in South Brooklyn. Future projects would be across NYC, with an emphasis on Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.

The firm is a well-established NYC-based GC/CM with a strong track record across affordable housing, market-rate rental, and mixed-use developments. They’ve delivered thousands of units across the city and continue to grow through long-term partnerships, repeat clients, and a consistent pipeline of work already lined up this year, with multiple developers, several of which are long term partnerships, feeding them consistent work.

What you’ll be doing

Leading all on-site operations for a ground-up multifamily project

Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and inspections to keep the job on track

Owning schedule, sequencing, and day-to-day problem solving

Working closely with PMs and leadership to maintain delivery standards

Driving safety, quality, and site performance from start through completion

What you’ll bring

7-10+ years’ experience in construction, with a focus on NYC ground-up projects

Proven track record as Lead Superintendent on at least 1 or 2 similar-scale builds

Strong understanding of NYC construction processes, sequencing, and logistics

What’s on offer

$180,000 – $230,000 base salary (depending on experience)
