Position Summary The Implementation Consultant I plays a critical role on the Implementation team, focusing primarily on managing and executing add‑on installations for our existing client base. This individual will work directly with current customers to assess their needs, configure solutions, and ensure a smooth rollout of additional features or modules. While the primary focus is on current client expansions, the role may also involve leading full implementations for new clients as needed. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role that requires strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to customer success. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions

Own delivery of implementations for existing and new clients, serving as Project Manager and subject matter expert of products, workflows, and configuration

Understand client needs and configure solutions aligned to their goals

Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables including holding other project team members accountable

Lead client meetings, provide status updates, and provide executive‑level communications as needed

Support Senior Implementation Consultants and IC IIs on complex or cross‑functional initiatives

Project management and risk mitigation

Travel to client sites as needed for go‑live support

Required Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience supporting or leading project coordination, implementation, or client‑facing delivery work in a fast‑paced environment

Healthcare experience required

Flexibility to travel when needed, roughly 25‑30%

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

Client service experience

Hands‑on experience with software implementations
