This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spartanburg, SC, for a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Spencer/Hines Properties. The agent will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing commercial real estate transactions, guiding clients through leasing, purchasing, and selling processes. This role involves generating leads, conducting property research, marketing properties, negotiating deals, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Qualifications

Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, and Brokerage services Proven experience in Sales and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proactive mindset with an ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the Spartanburg, SC commercial real estate market is a plus High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client success Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
