Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in appraisal software and relevant technology tools.
Certified Appraiser or related qualifications preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally when required.
