Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Germantown, MD. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities include conducting property market analyses, scheduling and hosting property showings, preparing contracts, and negotiating deals. Agents will also generate new leads, maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate with the team to achieve individual and office-wide business goals. Qualifications
Holds a valid Real Estate License or is willing to obtain one as required Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions Strong Sales skills with proven ability to generate leads and close deals Excellent Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on relationship building Ability to work on-site in Germantown, MD with local market knowledge Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a team environment Experience with CRM systems and technology tools for lead generation and client management is a plus Familiarity with the Montgomery County and Greater DMV real estate markets is an advantage
