Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA, involves serving as a Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily responsibilities include showcasing properties, developing client relationships, preparing and negotiating offers, and conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends. Agents will also actively engage in lead generation and provide exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
Hold a valid Real Estate License or demonstrate a willingness and ability to obtain one
Proficiency in Real Estate principles, including buying, selling, and renting properties, and a solid understanding of real property concepts
Strong skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the Greater Boston real estate market is highly desirable
