Job Description The Specialty Asset Analyst II collaborates closely with Real Estate Asset Managers, Account Officers, Portfolio Managers, and external professionals to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets, including residential, commercial, and Farm & Ranch properties. This role involves monitoring reports to ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with BOK policies and procedures, as well as receiving and coding invoices related to real estate assets. The analyst regularly interfaces with vendors, contractors, and clients to coordinate work and resolve issues, and also manages utility services by contacting providers to initiate or discontinue services and schedule maintenance. Responsibilities include receiving and processing lease payments, monitoring rent receipts for compliance with lease terms, and maintaining accurate system information through updates to the trust and real estate management systems. The analyst consults with Specialty Asset Managers to determine appropriate courses of action for various issues, conducts property research using county assessor, treasurer, and land records, and collaborates with colleagues to refine departmental practices and policies. Effective time and workload management is essential to success in this role.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
You will research the status and ownership of real estate assets and maintain this information in a real estate asset management database.
You will interact with business partners, department staff, clients, and third‑party professionals in the real estate industry. This could include utility companies, contractors, and attorneys.
You will provide both basic and complex administrative support to Specialty Asset Managers responsible for Real Estate portfolios.
You will monitor accounts payable and receivable and oversee fee processing. This includes tracking lease payments and expenses.
You will review real estate title documentation, leases, deeds, and other real estate instruments.
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of oil and gas industry experience, or experience in a trust or legal environment; or 5‑6 years of equivalent experience and/or training.
SKILLS
Moderate knowledge of contracts, real property, and title instruments.
Moderate PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Working knowledge of trust operations and trust accounting systems.
Working knowledge of asset management systems and third‑party information and research platforms.
Advanced communication skills, both oral and written.
Requires strong time‑management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate large number of ongoing tasks.
Basic knowledge of accounting practices and fiduciary practices and responsibilities.
Strong math and analytical skills with ability to improve efficiency, track complex activities and improve methodology.
