What you do: The FP&A Consultant Senior serves as the financial owner and control point for the IT Change agenda. This role is accountable for the financial reporting, governance, planning, forecasting, and benefit realization across IT Change initiatives. This role serves as the single source of financial truth for Portfolio Managers and AZL resource managers, ensuring transparent reporting and credible resource capacity views across the IT Change agenda. This position partners closely with Portfolio Managers, Finance, and Business stakeholders to monitor performance against commitments, assess resource capacity needs, and ensure benefits are tracked, realized, and communicated. You will report directly to the FP&A Director. IT Change Portfolio Financial Reporting: Leads IT Change agenda Portfolio and Initiative level reporting Partners with Portfolio Managers to ensure consistent reporting and data are provided to business stakeholders and in portfolio meetings Manage project level forecast monitoring and reporting, partnering with Portfolio Managers and IT Project Management Office to understand variances Leads IT Change benefit realization reporting, partnering with the business supporting FP&A Consultants to ensure committed benefits have been included into future year plans Provides reporting in bi-annual business case and assumptions refreshes Owns the IT Change Portfolio Group benefits reporting in Wave, partnering with Portfolio Managers and IT to ensure EBF (Economic Benefit Factor) compliance Acts as financial controller during the annual planning process ensuring consistent and transparent tracking of project allotments and version control Partners with Allianz Technology of America and IT on annual planning reporting in Group tool, Wave, and SAP Assists in ad hoc leadership requests and deep dives as necessary Resource Demand Analysis: Supports project on enterprise wide resource management tooling providing insights and ideas on consistent ways to manage capacity across differing business units Partners with Portfolio Managers to bring unplanned demand through the intake process to assess business resource impacts Coordinates analysis and insights from annual Collaborative Resource Assessments Leads BPA (Business Process Analysts) capacity reporting, partnering with Enterprise Operations leaders ensuring transparent reporting to assess constraints Financial Admin: Performs admin activities over the IT Change portfolio Business Case and CBA modules in the Project Management system Manages team SharePoint site permissions and framework to maintain controls and auditable artifacts Lead efforts to improve tools and portfolio reporting Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What you bring: 4+ years' experience required in finance or accounting Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills High attention to detail, documentation discipline, and data integrity You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas

Base Salary Range $69,000-103,500 Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
