About the role
Dashlane is seeking a strategic and technically savvy Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to drive high-impact demand generation and lifecycle campaigns that accelerate pipeline, revenue, and customer growth, while helping evolve our growth engine for the next era of AI-enabled marketing.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization. With a strong focus on B2B acquisition, you’ll also design programs that guide users through the lifecycle journey from first touch through expansion and retention.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive measurable business impact. You’ll combine campaign expertise with technical fluency, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven experimentation to continuously improve performance.
This is a Manager-level individual contributor role on the Growth Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Develop integrated lifecycle strategies that drive B2B pipeline growth, customer engagement, expansion, and retention. Own campaign roadmaps aligned to quarterly revenue and pipeline goals.
Own end-to-end campaign execution across CRM channels (email, chatbot, in-app, etc.). Develop AI-enhanced messaging, build programs within our CRM platforms, oversee QA and launch, and drive ongoing optimization.
Own campaign tagging, measurement, and cross-system reporting to ensure clear attribution and visibility into pipeline contribution, conversion performance, and revenue impact.
Leverage AI across campaign strategy and execution, optimizing prompt frameworks, building rulesets that guide automated responses, and helping evaluate and implement new AI-powered tools. Continuously experiment with emerging capabilities to improve personalization, scalability, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, Analytics, Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Legal to align strategy, execution, and performance goals. Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights, clarity, and strong communication.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or demand generation marketing within B2B SaaS or tech.
Proven success building and executing multi-touch campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Hands‑on experience with major marketing automation or CRM platforms (Marketo, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.), including segmentation and nurture program development.
Strong grasp of marketing data, tagging frameworks, and funnel performance.
A collaborative operator who thrives in cross‑functional environments and takes ownership from strategy through execution.
