Position Overview Commerce House is seeking a Developer, Email Systems & Marketing Automation with 5+ years of experience building, testing, and deploying emails across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Paytronix , and similar systems. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to solve problems independently. You will work closely with strategy, account, design, and production teams to develop high-quality email campaigns that perform across platforms and devices. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas: – Work from home Monday and Friday – In office Tuesday through Thursday Responsibilities Code, build, test, and deploy responsive HTML emails Work across platforms including Salesforce, Pardot, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Paytronix, and similar tools Create reusable templates and modular email components QA emails for rendering, links, tracking, personalization, and functionality Troubleshoot technical, platform, and rendering issues Partner with internal teams to translate creative into production-ready emails Support best practices in email performance, accessibility, and deliverability Qualifications 5+ years of experience in email development or marketing automation execution Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for email Experience with enterprise ESPs and marketing automation systems Understanding of responsive email development and cross-client rendering Familiarity with dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset Nice to Have Agency experience Familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, MJML, or similar templating/scripting languages Experience with CRM/data integrations, analytics, or cross-channel messaging To Apply If you’re an email developer who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and building great work across enterprise platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
