Friday & Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Position Summary This position is responsible for greeting customers and answering service calls. Prepare customer quotes and communicate with customers. Complete all customer interactions professionally and courteously. Prepare an estimate for the customer, obtain appropriate approval, and communicate it within the department with Asist, Uptime, etc.; update estimates and approvals as needed throughout the repair. Keep the customer informed during the repair process. Review completed ROs and post tech stories (edit as needed) to start the invoice process for the customer and assist with invoicing. Assist the Service Coordinator in managing open ROs. Assist in getting Customer purchase order numbers for invoices. Add Tasks as needed (RO maintenance in general). Liaison between customer and shop/tech. Assist with pick-up and delivery as needed. Qualifications High school education or its equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills. Basic warranty knowledge is preferred. Ability to multi-task and determine priorities. Possess a valid Ohio driver’s license with the ability to be insured by the Company’s motor vehicle insurance carrier. #J-18808-Ljbffr
