As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the Communications Department, working closely with various teams to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent storytelling skills, a keen eye for visual communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, fostering a culture of clarity and engagement across the organization. Job Title: Senior Communications Manager Location: Remote Duration: 9+months with highly possible extension / conversion What's the Job? Lead enterprise-wide communication initiatives including newsletters, all-hands meetings, portal content, and targeted messaging campaigns. Create and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership, governance, and customer engagements. Apply graphic design and visual storytelling principles to enhance communication materials and presentations. Manage and maintain portal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style standards. Support governance communications, including preparing agendas, meeting decks, and meeting notes, and coordinate communications for service provider transitions and hyper care activities. What's Needed? Proven experience leading enterprise or client-facing communications initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a portfolio of executive-ready decks. Strong visual and graphic design sensibility, including layout, branding, and readability. Excellent writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
