Field Marketing Manager

locations: Lake Havasu City, AZ: Work Location- Colorado-Denver**Field Marketing Strategy & Execution** • Oversee Field Marketing Programs: Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of field marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and activations across markets. • Drive Revenue & ROI: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure field efforts directly support revenue growth and lead generation goals. • Event & Activation Oversight: Review, guide, and approve field events and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and ROI expectations. • Market Intelligence: Gather and communicate insights on customer feedback, competitive activity, and local market trends. Lead and Develop Team: Manage Field Marketing Leads and Specialists, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and supporting professional development. Workday and Invoice Approvals: Review and approve Workday requests, time entries, and invoices related to field marketing activities. Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members. Experience with approvals, invoices, or operational oversight preferred.
