Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Visual Content Producer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys working outdoors and capturing authentic stories from farmers, ranchers, and rural communities.
The Visual Content Producer captures, creates, and curates high‑quality video, photography, and multimedia content that tells AgTrust’s story—both externally to customers and the public, and internally to employees and leadership. This role combines creative production, storytelling, internal communications, and brand strategy to produce content that engages audiences, strengthens the organization’s culture, and showcases our impact across agriculture and rural communities.
The position will lead the creation of compelling visual content through videography, photography, and editing to support marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can manage projects from concept to final production while capturing authentic moments that reflect the rural way of life.
This position requires travel to farms, ranches, and rural communities to document customer stories and showcase the impact of agricultural lending.
This role plays a critical part in driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer connection through visual storytelling aligned with business and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality videos, podcasts, and photography that highlight customers, employees, agricultural operations, and community involvement.
Produce short‑form and long‑form video content for websites, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
Capture authentic stories from farmers, ranchers, and agribusinesses that demonstrate our impact and mission.
Create internal communications multimedia content that highlights employee achievements, organizational initiatives, leadership updates, and cultural stories to strengthen engagement and alignment across the organization.
All visual content must align with campaign objectives and messaging, ensuring consistency across digital, social, and event‑driven initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content drives measurable engagement, supports campaign goals, and enhances conversion across channels.
Video Production
Manage the entire video production process, including concept development, storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio capture, and post‑production.
Edit footage into compelling narratives optimized for multiple platforms (social media, website, presentations, advertising).
Create motion graphics, titles, and basic animations where appropriate.
Produce videos and multimedia presentations specifically for internal audiences, such as leadership announcements, training content, and employee recognition features.
Photography
Capture professional photos for marketing materials, website use, social media, publications, and business development collateral.
Maintain a library of brand‑aligned imagery representing agriculture, rural life, and company culture.
Develop photography and visual content for internal communications, including newsletters, intranet updates, and corporate presentations.
Show & Studio Production Leadership
Co‑lead the production and creative execution of the "Financing Life Beyond the City Limits" Show.
Help shape the visual identity, tone, and production quality of the Show.
Ensure content is optimized for multi‑channel distribution (YouTube, social, website, email).
Marketing Collaboration
Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, product promotion, and brand storytelling.
Help develop creative concepts that communicate our mission and connect with audiences interested in farming, ranching and the rural way of life.
Assist with content planning for digital channels including social media and website updates.
Collaborate with leadership to plan, produce, and distribute visual content for employee engagement initiatives.
Brand Storytelling
Travel to customer locations, farms, ranches, and rural communities to document real stories.
Produce content that reflects the values of agriculture, community, stewardship, and rural heritage.
Support internal storytelling initiatives by visually documenting company milestones, employee spotlights, and leadership narratives.
Campaign‑Based Execution
All content development and production must align with AgTrust’s campaign structure. Each initiative must support defined objectives, target audiences, messaging, and measurable outcomes.
Collaboration Expectation
This role operates within a highly collaborative content model and requires close, ongoing partnership with other marketing team members. Content is not created in isolation—the success depends on alignment across messaging, visual execution, and distribution.
Participate in campaign planning and content strategy sessions to align visual storytelling with messaging and audience needs.
Qualifications
Required
3–6+ years of experience in videography, photography, or multimedia content creation with demonstrated portfolio of brand or documentary‑style storytelling.
Proficiency in video production, editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.), and photography tools.
Experience producing content for internal and external audiences.
Strong storytelling skills, able to translate complex topics into compelling visual narratives.
Comfortable conducting interviews and capturing authentic stories in field settings.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience creating content for social media marketing and digital campaigns.
Drone videography certification (FAA Part 107) or willingness to obtain.
Motion graphics and animation skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with agriculture, rural communities, or agricultural industries.
