Marketing Communications Coordinator Location: White Bear Lake, MN (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $58,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Communications Coordinator to support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement in a B2B/manufacturing environment. This role combines event coordination, content development, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with trade publications and industry organizations; coordinate press releases and editorial calendars
Plan and execute trade shows and industry events, including logistics, vendor coordination, travel, and post-event follow-up
Coordinate print and digital advertising aligned with brand standards and campaign goals
Develop and distribute marketing communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, and product announcements
Maintain website content and support social media channels, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization
Partner with sales teams to support the sales cycle through marketing materials and documentation
Organize and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and digital assets
Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) preferred
