Job Title: Senior Communications Manager Location: Saint Louis, MO Pay Range: $37- $40 hr. on W2 What's the Job? Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with enterprise digital initiatives. Create compelling content including newsletters, executive updates, and digital transformation stories. Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and clarity across all channels. Identify narrative opportunities and elevate storytelling to inspire and inform the organization. Support change management efforts through targeted communication plans and materials. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, marketing communications, or related areas. Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies for enterprise initiatives. Experience working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Canva, Poppulo, and familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Co Pilot. What's in it for me?
