Marketing Specialist

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Marketing Specialist for their Dublin, OH/Remote location. Responsibilities: Supports Product owners on the AI Product Recommendations initiative, with a primary focus on execution, coordination, and delivery readiness Responsible for assisting Product owners with day-to-day execution of product & dependency roadmap Document decisions, notes, and next steps from standups, working sessions, and core-hour calls. Prepare Jira tasks and support documentation for designers, copy teams, and business analysts based on agreed-upon decisions. Support discovery activities, epic creation, and refinement of acceptance criteria Work cross functionally and coordinate with BA, marketing, analytics, operations, internal business units, vendors, and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans Maintain and operationalize feature backlogs based on priorities defined by Product Owners Assist with product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Help Product owners with UAT planning and implementation Communicate feature releases to stakeholders and business SMEs Ensure customer considerations and business guardrails are reflected in execution artifacts Requirements: 3+ years of Project Management background and experience A positive attitude and excited to learn Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to details to capture all notes and decisions made during team calls Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinker with a vision Product owner and/or digital field experience a plus Knowledge of Agile process and principles a plus Ecommerce product recommendation background is a plus Required systems skills in Jira & Confluence Coveo, Tableau and Enda knowledge is a plus Education: Bachelors Degree preferred Why Should You Apply?
