Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Associate Marketing Manager with a passion for assisting in the development of high impact marketing campaigns that reach millions of customers globally. This role will support the marketing strategy and campaign development for our original young adult series slate. This role will be instrumental in coordinating cross‑functional teams, facilitating strategic planning, and executing marketing initiatives that position Prime Video as the premier destination for young adult series. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for original series launches Coordinate cross‑functional teams including creative, social, publicity, partnerships, and media to ensure seamless campaign execution Facilitate marketing planning meetings, manage agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑through across stakeholders Maintain marketing calendars and timelines to keep campaigns on track from pre‑launch through sustain phases Conduct detailed script breakdowns to identify key marketing moments, character arcs, easter eggs, and cultural touchpoints Write episode recaps and content summaries for internal stakeholders and external partners Compile and design marketing decks for internal reviews, agency briefs, and partner presentations Translate complex marketing strategies into clear, visually compelling presentations Create campaign overview materials for leadership and stakeholder reviews Develop one‑sheets and quick reference guides for cross‑functional partners Align closely with research teams to develop priority consumer insight studies Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand Track campaign performance metrics and compile post‑campaign reports Monitor entertainment industry trends, particularly in the young adult and streaming space Track competitor campaigns and emerging platforms where audiences engage Compile audience insights and cultural trends to inform marketing strategies Basic Qualifications 1+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent Understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement tactics Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company Preferred Qualifications Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation Experience in the entertainment industry Knowledge of Gen Z media habits and curiosity to understand new trends 2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience Project management skills with a focus on managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners Bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves to get work done, even when it is outside the scope of the job Experience managing a high volume of requests and competing deadlines Presentation design skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
