We are looking for a Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role you’ll be a business partner to senior Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders to build and operationalize a strategy for your dedicated part of the organization. This role is focused on our rapidly growing Marketing team, which will provide a high level of exposure to senior leadership and unique career growth opportunities.
You will be based in either our San Francisco, CA or New York City office, and will be required to be in office 3×/week.
What you will do
Act as a business partner for Marketing leadership – you will be a strategic thought partner and responsible for operational cadence of the business
Build monthly and quarterly reporting while driving ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities and problem areas within the business
Frame business problems for the Marketing organization and communicate insights while recommending and executing solutions
Lead cross‑functional strategic projects; including structuring business problems, exploring solutions, implementing/refining processes, and measuring impact
Partner cross‑functionally on key components of our annual planning process including modeling and target setting
Coordinate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance teammates on systems and process improvements for the Marketing organization
What you will need
5+ years of professional work experience or 4+ years at a Tech company (ideally B2B SaaS) in a Revenue/Sales Operations, Marketing Strategy, Marketing/Sales Finance, Business Operations, Consulting, or Investment Banking role
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast‑moving startup or a hyper‑growth environment
Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem‑solving skills
Excellent cross‑functional stakeholder management
Strong Microsoft Excel / Google G‑Sheets skills, familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Snowflake)
Experience with SQL is preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce
