You willperformmechanical design of theAffordable Long-range Persistent Surveillance-Mobileproduct. You willuseSolidworksCAD softwareand Windchill PLM softwaredaily toturn ideas into designs. Thenyou'llwork alongside the production team to turn your designs into hardware. You might be asked to help integrateand install the hardware,and thenyou'llwork with the testing team toputyour hardware intoaction.This is not your averageengineeringposition.You will work on a team ofthe mosttalented engineersinthe regionwho push you to be better every day. THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities)
Structural design viaSolidworksCADsoftware, drawing generationin accordance withASME Y14.100 & Y14.5, and producing technical data packagesin accordance withMIL-STD-31000
WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical EngineeringorAerospace Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
12+ years of applicable experience or10+ years with MS degree or 16 years experience in lieu of degree.
Strong SolidWorks user
Active secret security clearance or ability to obtain andmaintainsecret securityclearance
Preferred Qualifications
Windchill PLMexperience
Design and/or Integration experience in the following areas:
Power generation
Tactical shelterdesign
Telecommunication towers
Mobile tactical equipment
Tactical trailers
