ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities
Title processing for the vehicles sold, directly filling out MSO (New Vehicle Titles) and sending to the DMV for licensing.
Writing checks and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers).
Creating receipts/deposits for incoming wires and check/cash payments.
Filing.
Copying any paperwork necessary for backup.
Scanning.
Driving company car for mail pickup and DMV “Wait on Title” work.
Assisting customers on the phone to coordinate what is needed to license their vehicle or a traded‑in vehicle.
Assists with any banking needs as requested by the controller or office manager.
Other accounting positions may be assigned as time allows.
Overview / Qualifications This position comes with potential growth possibilities and is an entry‑level position. There is no prior experience necessary; however if you do have experience it will be favorable to the possibility of hire.
