Responsibilities
Learn and follow GREENIX’s sales process Speak with homeowners and explain pest control solutions Build trust through professional communication Work with a team to hit individual and group goals Apply coaching and feedback daily Maintain a positive, professional attitude
Qualifications
Strong communication skills Coachable and open to learning Reliable and organized Good time management Customer-focused mindset Sales experience is helpful but not required. Full training provided.

Average Intern Earnings:
$21,000 – $26,000 in commissions Weekly performance-based pay Bonuses, incentives, and competitions Housing and furnished living arrangements provided Leadership and personal development training Opportunity for full-time roles after the internship
