Position Summary As a Sales Service Representative, you will support our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region, collaborating closely with the Sales Team to execute the Smart Stock program, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide merchandising and sales support. You will build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to drive business forward.
Responsibilities
Maintain a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
Maintain and execute the Smart Stock program (racks, plan‑ograms, ordering, and merchandising activities).
Identify and reduce out‑of‑stocks on shelves.
Ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly.
Ensure plan‑ograms, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
Find solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self‑motivated, self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement will be provided).
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper insurance.
1+ years of experience in a customer service, merchandising, or sales position.
Preferred Qualifications
Food service or convenience store industry experience.
Compensation $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (additional compensation details may apply).
Work Schedule Monday ‑ Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. No weekends or nights.
