Leasing Consultants at Sequoia are all about making connections, whether it's helping customers find their perfect home or fostering a sense of community. You're quick to respond to questions, alleviate concerns, and ensure residents have everything they need for a smooth move-in experience. Even after the lease is signed, you remain the go-to person and the welcoming face of the community, assisting with service requests, questions about rent, or simply joining in at resident events. Your proactive approach and genuine care make all the difference. This is a multi-site role supporting two of our Portland Area properties in Tigard and Beaverton for a total of 646 units. Qualifications
Must haves: Positive attitude Attention to detail Results-oriented mindset Desire to learn Sense of humor Weekend availability Proven success in a fast paced sales environment Great to haves: Prior experience in residential or commercial property management industry, retail sales, or hospitality Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $22 - $26 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses. Benefits
