The

Event Sales Administrator

position is designed to support the event sales team. The role will provide the Event Sales Manager(s) with bandwidth to execute sales efforts and continue driving sales with outside sales efforts. This position is very self‑motivating as it requires the sales administrator to take initiative to ensure that all BEOs are correct, information is communicated effectively to the teams and guests, and events are executed correctly.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Event Sales team by keeping event details accurate and up to date

Manage BEOs (Banquet Event Order), including distribution, updates, and notes

Review upcoming events for menus, guest counts, timelines, and payments

Prepare event materials such as packets, signage, and drink tickets

Assist with floor plans and final event details as needed

Communicate updates between Sales, Operations, and Culinary teams

Print and share daily event schedules

Help ensure event financials are accurate and properly recorded

Maintain organized sales office systems and event materials

Assist with event setup and execution on busy days

Communicate with guests by phone and in person

Support sales efforts with outreach materials and prep

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume environment

Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and guests

Experience in a full‑service restaurant, events, or hospitality environment preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and catering/event software (Tripleseat a plus)

Self‑motivated with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule & Pay

Full‑time, on‑site (40 hours/week)

$20 per hour

This is a non‑commission role

Physical Requirements:

Regularly operates a computer and office equipment; occasionally moves throughout the office to access materials; and consistently communicates via phone, email, and in person to exchange accurate information.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. at a time

Stand for periods of up to 2 hours at a time
