Wireless Sales Consultant (Telesales) | Wireless Zone® | Authorized Verizon Retailer Wireless Zone®, A Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is the nation's largest wireless retail franchise with over 700 stores and growing. What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone
Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously
Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape
Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call
What We’re Looking For
1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable
Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them
Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools
Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player
High School Diploma / GED required
