Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Oakland, MD Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected! Base pay + Commission We offer a great work environment and competitive total compensation package that includes: Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission World class 401(k) – up to 8% company contribution Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with company subsidies Up to 3 weeks of PTO and up to 9 paid holidays Work schedule: M-F, 8a–5p with occasional overtime You worked hard for the following: Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals Your high school diploma or equivalent One year of customer service or call center experience Compensation includes: Salary range $14 - $15.82 per hour base pay Position is commission eligible Benefit offerings include: Health/Dental/Vision/Life insurance, including Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) Disability insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with company contribution Discount on Shentel services if you are in a Shentel service area Employee Assistance Program Shentel provides a drug-free workplace and is an EEO employer.
