Overview

Braman Termite and Pest Elimination, Southern New England’s largest family-owned and operated pest control company, has been servicing customers for more than a century. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, upbeat, and dynamic individual to work with a well-established, family owned pest services company. Responsibilities

Receives and processes a high volume of phone calls from clients, prospective customers, and Braman employees in a prompt, courteous manner. Provides accurate answers to client questions. Conducts inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers, such as selling services to prospective clients and upgrading existing services. Conducts routing activities and schedules appointments for technicians and sales staff. Arranges service appointments with clients as directed by Service Manager and CSR Supervisor. Facilitates effective communication in a timely manner to peers, clients, and management. Relays messages in an accurate and reliable manner. Interacts with others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Effectively uses communication technologies as required. Knowledge & Skills

Must have professional demeanor and friendly rapport. Exceptional phone presence. Must have strong work ethic. Competency to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment. Well organized, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2+ years of inside sales/call center experience required. Working Conditions
