Adams Trading Company (ATC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences across our growing portfolio of brands, including Sebring Soap +, Sebring Candy Company, and Circle Wireless. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, driving sales through product knowledge and recommendations, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of presentation and service.
Tasks
Deliver a positive, engaging, and professional customer experience Assist customers with product selection and make thoughtful recommendations Promote in-store offers and maximize sales opportunities Accurately process transactions and handle cash, card, and digital payments Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked retail displays Monitor store activity and help maintain a safe, orderly environment Support daily operations including restocking, merchandising, and general upkeep Requirements
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience Experience handling cash or working with POS systems
