
Marketing Admin Assistant

Job Location
This position is located on-site in Yankton, SD, on the banks of the Missouri River and close to Lewis and Clark Lake.
What You Will Be Doing
Ensures accurate pricing is applied to all customer orders for inductor products.
Organizes and maintains the Quote History database to ensure all pricing is properly recorded, documented, and retained in accordance with company guidelines.
Follows up on sample requests and requests for quotation as directed by the department manager, including coordination of shipping and tracking of related information.
Maintains product, customer, and contract pricing within the company’s enterprise pricing system, including support for request‑for‑quotation and contract pricing activities.
Assists in the creation of marketing materials, including sample boxes, demonstration kits, and presentation files.
Assists in the creation, maintenance, and distribution of reports by compiling and managing data from various internal databases.
Collects and prepares data to support quarterly reforecast and budget revisions at the request of the department manager.
Provides backup support to the Division Administrative Assistant, including assistance with reports and routine daily administrative functions.
Provides backup support for front‑door visitor and contractor access, assuming primary responsibility during vacations, absences, or as otherwise required.
Performs other marketing related duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring Along
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional specialized training, such as a two‑year trade school degree or equivalent coursework, with emphasis on the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), and standard office equipment.
Minimum of two years of related experience in an administrative, pricing, sales support, or data‑focused role.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail in order to accurately manage daily workload requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.
Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions, adapt to changing departmental priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in the use of computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong keyboarding skills; ability to effectively use telephone systems, personal computers, and printers.
Solid understanding of company products or ability to quickly develop product knowledge.
