
2026 Marketing Intern

Based in Westminster Colorado, this incredible team is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated andskilled 2026 Marketing Intern to support our Colorado events, promote our people, projects and missions.

This role will be based in Westminster, Colorado and collaborate daily with the marketing and sales teams. This role will require anindividual who is responsible and thrives in collaborative environments.
Marketing Duties/Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team in their activities
Assist in writing the newsletter
Help with visual office enhancement
Support the monthly happy hour (set up and tear down) and work late once or twice a month for company-organized events
Utilize event and contact list as needed
Assist with the conversion and set up of CRM
Use company provided tools to analyze data and gauge the success of campaigns
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
Other duties as assigned
Event Planning Duties/Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Support the planning committee by attending meetings and taking detailed notes
Help manage RSVP lists and ensure smooth check-in processes during events
Assist in preparing marketing materials for events, conferences, happy hours, and career fairs
Attend events to manage setup, distribute swag, and document activities through photos
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
Innovative but also able to follow creative direction
Possesses strong self-management abilities and takes the initiative to work both independently and with a team
Dependable and produces quality work
Ability to manage multiple projects at once - must be very organized and efficient
Familiarity with Mail Chimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, WordPress, and Adobe Illustrator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva)
Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing, event planning, or communications
Basic photography and/or videography skills
Interest in or knowledge of the aerospace/space industry
Understanding of marketing analytics and metrics
Flexibility with schedule, including availability for occasional evening/weekend events
Compensation/Perks
Competitive internship compensation $18 - $25 per hour
