Position Overview Customer Service is a critical role ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination between the company's dealer network and manufacturing operations. The role supports operational efficiency by acting as a liaison, addressing dealer needs and aligning them with production capabilities.

What you'll do Duties/Responsibilities

Effectively utilize phone system to promptly answer or return phone calls, text messages, and voice messages in an efficient and professional manner

Achieve proficiency in navigating ERP system to deliver the highest level of dealer support possible

Assist in general clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Assigned responsibilities to contribute to the team's overall success. Handle and resolve any order issues that arise ensuring dealer satisfaction.

Who you are

Required 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience

Required 1-2 Years of Data Entry Experience

Experience in a Manufacturing or Wholesale Industry Bilingual or Multilingual skills are a plus
