This job is located at any of our CCU facilities with availability.
Role: Perform daily servicing functions and process service requests within the department.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Ensure members and staff receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Handle and assist with all activities of the Mortgage Servicing Department; PMI, escrow, secondary market, adjustable rate loans; ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures within the department.
Work with servicing vendors and third parties to accomplish credit union objectives.
Maintain accurate records on the servicing system.
Communicate with members and staff to address and resolve any servicing issues.
Have a general working knowledge and annual training of BSA/AML.
