Pavlov Media is hiring Summer Brand Ambassadors to represent our fiber internet services across more than 30 communities in Central and Northern Illinois. This is a hands‑on, field‑based internship where you’ll gain real‑world experience in marketing, community engagement, and business development while making a direct impact in local markets. What You’ll Do
Represent Pavlov Media at local events, pop‑ups, farmers markets, and community gatherings Engage with residents to promote fiber internet services and generate interest Distribute marketing materials including flyers, door hangers, and local business drops Support Pavlov Cares initiatives and community outreach efforts Build relationships with local residents and businesses to increase brand awareness Capture leads and provide feedback on market insights and customer interactions What You Bring
Currently enrolled college student (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred) Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people Strong time management and communication skills Familiarity with your local community or surrounding towns Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative Reliable transportation and access to a mobile phone What You Get
$15–$18/hour plus performance‑based incentives Flexible schedule (30–40 hours per week) Branded gear and hands‑on training Real‑world experience in marketing, PR, and community engagement Opportunity to build professional skills and expand your network Duration: May–August (flexible start and end dates) Location: Assigned territory based on your hometown or university Each ambassador will manage a cluster of 3–4 nearby towns
