This role is for an
Events and Retail Marketer
who represents our company at events and retail locations in the Tri‑Cities area.
Responsibilities
Engage homeowners in genuine conversations to build rapport rather than reading a script.
Qualify leads by asking the right questions to determine interest and need for our services.
Schedule solid appointments for Design Consultants to close the deal.
Serve as a professional ambassador for a premium national brand.
Set up and break down event displays, including tables, signs, and tents.
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus.
Availability of at least 3 weekend shifts per month and weekday support.
Coachable, competitive, and goal‑driven mindset.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to set up/break down displays.
Benefits
Pay starting at $21/hr ($22/hr for bilingual) with bonuses potentially increasing to $35/hr.
