Overview Advertising Service Representative – Location: Fort Wayne, IN • Level: Hourly • Division / Department: Marketing • Reporting to: Sales and Service Manager • Travel: Less than 10%

About the Role Join an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and intuitive consumer marketing team to gain valuable experience in our marketing division. The Advertising Service Representative will advise store owners, also known as our members, and proactively address their integrated marketing needs. They will follow through promptly on all member requests and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell the Do it Best Corp. local advertising and retail branding strategy to new and existing members

Process member sale orders including imprint review, and monitor the orders through delivery to members

Work with members by using the advertising programs to maintain or increase their overall marketing efforts

Analyze demographic reports to select best distribution routes

Communicate with Territory Sales Managers and outside vendors regarding mailing, printing and distribution of circulars and ADpak components

Stay current with changing postal regulations and their effects on distribution of member’s circulars

Advise members on customized circulars and proof layouts before submitting to printer and verifying member’s circular before billing

Maintain continuous contact with members to increase marketing efforts

Education and Experience

High school diploma

Experience with standard business computer applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft)

Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
