of
Regenerative Agriculture consultant .
Experienced in consulting in sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and supply chain, or with a strong interest in
regenerative agriculture or sustainable farming systems
is highly valued.
Your Role As a Regenerative Agriculture consultant, you will work directly with our partners (agri‑food, cosmetics, CPGs, cooperatives, traders,…).
Your Responsibilities Include
Develop our projects and manage the delivery of our sustainability & regenerative agriculture related services.
Manage partnership relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and managing partnership agreements.
Support our clients in development of regenerative agriculture roadmaps, deployment and reporting strategies.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, to a high standard, and that deliverables meet the client’s needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement regenerative agriculture strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectives.
Conduct comprehensive regenerative agriculture research and analysis, evaluating a company’s performance against industry‑specific criteria and standards.
Stay updated on evolving sustainability regulations, industry best practices, and incorporate them into strategies.
Develop client proposals for regenerative agriculture and climate‑related services.
Represent Biospheres during conferences, meetings, trainings, and sector events.
Profile Required
Based in France or Europe.
Fluent in French and English (Spanish and Italian are bonus).
Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in advisory, consulting in related agricultural projects.
Strong interest in regenerative agriculture, low‑carbon, or sustainable agriculture.
Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards including SAI, RTF, GHG Protocol, SBTi, TCFD, IFRS and other relevant frameworks.
Comfortable working both with data/reporting.
Independent, well‑organized, and motivated.
Strong communication and training facilitation skills.
Driving license (category B) required.
