It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.**What You’ll Do*** **Partner with Subject Matter Experts** to design and develop engaging, learner‐first eLearning experiences.* **Transform complex ideas** into simple, interactive, and visually appealing digital learning modules.* **Create standout multimedia content**—videos, animations, simulations, infographics, and more.* **Refresh and enhance existing learning materials**, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and modern appeal.* **Maintain high standards** by aligning all content with brand guidelines, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.* **Apply proven instructional design methodologies**, including adult learning principles, to deliver impactful learning journeys.* **Test, troubleshoot, and optimize** eLearning modules for seamless performance across LMS platforms (SCORM, xAPI, etc.).* **Stay ahead of the curve** by exploring the latest trends, tools, and innovations in instructional design and learning technology.**What You Bring*** A degree in Instructional Design, Learning, or a related discipline.* **2–6 years of hands-on experience** in instructional design or eLearning development.* Strong foundation in **instructional theories, adult learning, and curriculum design**.* Proficiency with leading eLearning tools — **Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate**, etc.* Basic understanding of LMS standards like **SCORM and xAPI**.* Experience in **multimedia production**—video editing, audio narration, animation tools, and more.* **Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal.* A creative mindset with a passion for crafting immersive learning experiences.* Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.**How You Work (Behaviors)*** **Innovative by nature**—always thinking outside the box to build unique learning solutions.* Collaborates seamlessly with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.* Proactively identifies opportunities to improve learning content and takes initiative.* **Adaptable and responsive**, able to quickly adjust to feedback, project shifts, or new tools.* Always advocates for the learner—every design choice has purpose and impact.* Delivers **high-quality, error-free content** consistently.* Continuously upskills by staying updated on the latest trends in eLearning and design.**Job Posting End Date**2026-04-30## **Equal Opportunities**Haleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
