Be the Spark! Launch a Brand New Crunch Fitness Club! POWERED BY PEOPLE. FUELED BY FUN. Primetime Fitness was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of Great Lakes International, LLC. Led by CEO Kevin Laferriere, our journey began in Metro Detroit with nine Crunch Fitness locations and a clear vision: build something meaningful by unlocking greatness in both members and team members alike. Primetime Fitness, a franchisee of Crunch Fitness, is led by a seasoned leadership team focused on performance, people, and long-term growth. We operate with discipline, move with urgency, and care deeply about building teams that are empowered to lead. Through our partnership with CapitalSpring, we’re accelerating growth across existing and new markets, including recent expansion into New Jersey and New York. Currently, we operate in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, New York and New Jersey—But growth for us isn’t just about the number of clubs on a map. It’s about doing it the right way, with consistency, integrity, and a lot of collaboration.
Your Mission (Should You Choose To Accept It)
Be a Social Butterfly: Hit the streets! Engage with people in the community, local businesses, and at special events to spread the word about our grand opening.
Generate Leads & Close Sales: Work from our pre-sale office and in the field to identify potential members, distribute marketing materials and guide prospects through the sign-up process.
Build the Buzz: Use your energy and charisma to build excitement and explain why Crunch is the ultimate fitness destination.
Be the Brand: Uphold our "No Judgments" philosophy. Your positive energy should be infectious both in person and on social media platforms.
Partner Up: Establish local business partnerships for cross‑promotion opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Energy & Enthusiasm: You light up a room and genuinely love talking to people.
Sales Savvy: Goal‑oriented, motivated by results, comfortable asking for the sale.
Reliable Transport: A way to get around town for off‑site events and outreach.
Flexible Schedule: You can be available during evenings, weekends, and other times when the community is active.
