Designer (Space Planning / Layouts)

We are seeking a Designer in Riverview, FL to join a fast‑paced, collaborative team supporting high‑end projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with technical detail, working on layouts, space planning, and design execution.
This is not a social media role/graphic designer role.
Salary: $20 – $26 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Education: High School (required)
Responsibilities
Layout & space planning
Measurements & dimensions
Reading sketches or construction‑style drawings
Creating functional, real‑world designs
What you'll be doing
Create layouts based on customer sketches and dimensions.
Interpret drawings and build functional design plans.
Prepare quotes and proposal packages.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Work closely with internal teams to bring designs to life.
Qualifications
Experience with layouts, floor plans, or construction drawings.
Background in CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar (a plus, not required).
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Experience level: Experienced; Years of experience: 4+ years.
Required skills: Adobe (3 years), Adaptive Planning (3 years), Illustrator (3 years), Acrobat (3 years).
High School diploma (required).
Efficient with technology, ability to learn new software quickly.
