The position can be fully-remote, great for the stay-at-home career seeker or those who would like to add another stream of income to their resume. No prior experience is required as we have an incredible training program through the company.
Sawtooth Financial, among other firms, is regulated by our broker-dealer Transamerica. Our office is growing rapidly all across the continental United States. We seek highly motivated, competent, capable and committed business partners to become licensed professionals and head into the field to provide the services that meet the needs of clients.
Work Types We offer 3 types of work-effort:
Full-Time
Part-Time
*You do not have to quit your current job if you join us with any of these options*
Most of our new agents start off as Referral or Part time prior to transitioning to full time but can still make the same commissions as our full-timers. You get to work with A+ Rated financial companies across the nation.
Responsibilities
Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for Clients
Place families, individuals, and business owners in a financial position of advantage for some of these following:
Protect Assets/Funds
Build and Leave a Legacy
Index Strategies
Debt Management Services
Life Insurance
Annuities
Final Expense
Experience No financial experience is required before joining as you will learn everything hands on. However, if you have any of these skill sets or experience it will help you move quickly in the company:
Public Speaking
Customer Service
Marketing
Accounting/Software
Flexible schedule, start as little as 10 hours/week
Performance-based pay with uncapped ceiling on income
Leads – We teach warm & cold market, we don't have you buy leads
It can be done in person, OR 100% remote with Zoom as the platform
You are assigned a “Field Trainer” who is an experienced professional and will help you throughout the beginning of your business until you’re ready to manage your business and effectively help people. This includes how to prospect clients and potential partners.
Daily training/coaching
Mandatory Qualifications
If you don’t have a Life & Health Insurance License, you must be willing and able to study and pass for whichever state you’re residing in. We will help you throughout this process so you can be completely certified if you’re not.
Must pass a background check (No Felonies)
Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Social Security Number
Must currently reside in the United States during the initial hiring and licensing process
Must be 18+ years old (This is a Federal Requirement)
