Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional role located in Concord, NC. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, effectively managing leasing processes, maintaining resident satisfaction to promote retention, and ensuring lease compliance. Key responsibilities include communicating with residents, managing lease renewals, and supporting community operations by addressing resident and prospective tenant inquiries.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to ensure tenant satisfaction and engagement
Experience in managing Leases and Lease Administration with high attention to detail
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with residents, prospective tenants, and team members
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plus
