Job Summary
Hourly wage ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour for a 40‑hour week. This role is wireless customer service, handling inbound calls to assist customers with their wireless accounts and upselling when appropriate.
Responsibilities
Deliver world‑class customer service to inbound callers.
Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Process orders, update accounts and records.
Effectively multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.

Key Qualifications
Exceptional communication and active listening skills; ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally.
Sales‑focused mindset with proven ability to sell and upsell products/services.
Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a call‑center virtual setting.
Available for 12 weeks of paid training; consistent 8‑hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00 AM – 01:00 AM CST.
Available to work 8‑hour shifts any day, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00 AM – 01:00 AM CST.
Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or high school diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Location Requirements
Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas.
Remote Working Requirements
Cable or fiber Internet service only (dial‑up, DSL, satellite and cellular are not acceptable).
Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Ping rate of less than 100 ms.
A private workspace with desk and chair; surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics) must not be heard during working hours.
Ability to be on webcam during working hours.
