We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Brea, CA 92821 .
Job Description
Pay: $21/ Hour to start!!
8 month assignment, possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Position will mainly be responsible for all types of customer inquiry and product related questions, while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position will also handle processing orders, answering phones promptly, finishing delivery information and providing field sales/service support, all with accuracy and efficiency.
Position will focus on accuracy for the entry of all standing orders and special pricing agreements for a designated region, and will need to remain knowledgeable on our products and special projects.
Position will also be responsible for supporting the field reps (both sales and service) with day to day inquire and placing of their orders. Obtaining proof of delivery of shipments, and processing customer orders via fax, EDI and phone.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is Required!
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred!
1-3 years of customer service experience is Required!
Sales support experience (ERP, Oracle, SAP) is Preferred!
