Assistant Superintendent at Memphis National Golf Club

Memphis National Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Superintendent. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing staff on one course, with a focus on maintaining the highest quality turf conditions possible. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of turf management practices and the ability to lead a crew in daily tasks. Working closely with the Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring the overall health and appearance of the golf course. While an Associate Degree or higher in Turf is preferred, it is not required for this position. Additionally, knowledge of Toro Irrigation systems is preferred. One of the essential requirements for this role is the ability to obtain a TN spray license. The Assistant Superintendent will work collaboratively with the Superintendent to execute a comprehensive maintenance plan and drive continuous improvement in course conditions.
