Brand Representation:
Serve as the face of Smidge Beverage Co, embodying our brand values and messaging. Event Participation:
Attend and support promotional events, trade shows, and community gatherings to interact with consumers and represent the brand and our values. Social Media Promotion:
Capture engaging content for social media platforms, showcasing products and experiences to enhance brand visibility. Feedback Collection:
Gather customer insights and feedback to relay to the marketing team, helping us improve our offerings and customer experiences. Sales Support:
Assist in driving sales by developing relationships with retailers, merchandising at key accounts and encouraging product trial. Brand Advocacy:
Foster relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and businesses to enhance brand awareness and loyalty. Qualifications
Passion for beverages and knowledge of industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to engage and inspire others. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus. Social media savvy with a knack for capturing engaging content. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Ability to travel locally for events and promotions. Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal requirements and brand guidelines. Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs. Valid driver’s license and compliant vehicle for transportation. Must be at least 21 years of age. What matters to us
