We are currently expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) and are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, internet leads)
Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Help drive dealership traffic and sales growth
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
Driven, goal-oriented, and coachable

Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service Experience or Call Center an added plus
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
